    Sullivan Canyon conditions post rain?

Can anyone give a report on the current conditions of Sullivan Canyon?

I haven't been up there since all the rain of last month. Wanted to know if it was rideable and if there are any danger spots.

    Thanks!

It's very, very, very fun right now. Get to it before that dozer parked at the bottom turns it into a mellow road ride. Expect to get wet and walk your bike a bit.

The last time I was there was in January, but haven't been since because there were a couple huge fallen trees blocking the trail.

People are gonna be like: Drops? Im there!!
Its a big time hiker, equestrian trail. If youre thinking bout taking your rig for some freeriding, beware of bitter locals...

    Just wanted to echo that.

I thing something will go down in Sullivan Canyon in the next couple years. It's such popular spots for hikers, dog walkers and horse riders. All three of those coexist very easily. then you introduce a wheeled vehicle capable at descending 30 miles per hour and that spells trouble potentially on a trail that has so many blind spots like Sullivan.

Add in to equation that these people are rich, well you have the ingredients for potentially banning us riders if we don't respect up there.

Not many hikers at the moment. They seemed to be stopping at the first big water crossing. Some are getting farther up the cyn but not that many.
