    Sport Compact Car writers biking at Aliso......

    where ya at. I saw the flat black WRX, the Evo and the Nissan there yesterday(guessing the silver civic was with you too). saw the MTBR sticker on the cell phone in the car...haha...sorry I was curious. where ya at. wanna give me a ride in one of those or bring it to the next rack event I go to

    ya STi my bad. it was funny. my buddy and I came riding out of Aliso...."that car looks famliar, oh snap, it was on the cover of the last SCC, the flat black STi" so we checked out the cars of course and noticed the MTBR sticker.

    Sounds like some cool cars, but why do you think they were writers for the magazine? Its not typical that the writers own the cars that are profiled in the magazine. But I guess its possible.

    Did the STi have a rack on it? Because I don't think it has fold down seats...wondering how he transports his bike?

    those cars aren't presonnally owned(correct me if I'm wrong). they are cars owned by the magazine, or maybe even on "loan" from the manufacturers. the writers get to take them out and drive them as their daily cars quite often I believe. the civic with them had a rack on the roof. The cars also have license plates with DIST down the left side(IIRC)
