    Slightly O.T.-What are these?

Has anyone seen anything like this before? I have seen two of them now. They were both off of Rocky Peak in Simi Valley. They are quite a bit off the main trail and maybe 15ft in diameter. What are they? Devil worship rings, alien landing pads, angel portals???

Haha!! Rocky Peak used to be popular with Wiccans, the "nature witch" folks. They build stuff like that. It's not so much devil worship as occult, but they do sacrifice and eat the occasional mountainbiker they find weighed down with too much body armor. It's the natural course of things.

Looks like a sun dial. You can tell the time by the position of the shadow in the circle.
