    Ride Temecula ?

    Hello -

Next week I am headed to Temecula and staying at the Pechanga resort. I have ridden Vail Lake, but nothing else in the area. I would love some suggestions if you wouldn't mind sharing. Anything in the 1 - 2 hour plus range would be best, but I am open to any ideas, even dare I say road rides.

    Thanks!
    Craig
happy hour is over, and I need two more gears.

Go to "SoCal Trails" on: www.mountainbikebill.com

For road rides, Jax Bikes in Murrieta has maps of the local loops.

What days are you out? I'm 30 minutes north of Temecula and have trails near by that can climb 2500 feet in six miles and can be kept XC or hit nasty (fun) single track... with some jumps at the end... or pure XC 30 miles and almost 5000 feet of climing... it's all dependent on what you want. If you are around during the weekend, send me a PM. Trailhead is called Skyline Drive, but it connects to other trails called Blackstar, Indian Truck, Main Divide... all in the Cleveland Ntl Forest
