    "NOBEL" Canyon

You'd think the forest service would know the correct spelling of Noble Canyon.

I think it's supposed to be "No Bell" canyon, in reference to the ancient Anasazi custom of removing trail bells from the ancestral boxes sited near the trail.

However, my USGS maps show it as "Noble".

Like "Sincruzes" at Mount Soledad, I prefer the cross to stay.

That is funny! Vic and I noticed the same thing at the split prior to out decent on Sunday. I guess you are going to call what you did on Sunday "Lebon" now. I don't think I can make ATT on Wed unless you plan on going around 9 or 10 in the morning.
