    need help finding laguna trail

i need help. i rode a trail in the laguna hills area once. all i can remember is that we parked on the street near this park with a lot of grass. we rode up a fireroad to a place that was very close to the ocean. it was really cloudy that day and i couldnt c it but it was close. then we went downhill a little. i think there is a buddhist temple on the trail. there are sandstone rock formations.
can anyone help? name and how to get there from the 5

i checked the trial review stuff but i couldnt tell

    Aliso Woods

That's what it sounds like. There is a Japanese college close by.
You wouldn't be in so much pain if you didn't ride like a dork!

i called the Laguna Wilderness Park and i described the trail to them and they said that it wasnt LWP. for this trail, we parked on the street near a regular city park. i remember some sidewalks at the end of the trail. i think there was a aquaduct there that we could either jump over or ride into.
the little japanese/buddha building was on our right as we got into the canyon and continued the trail. we did run into a ranger that told us to be out by sundown.
    does this help?
i would really like to do this trail again. thanks for your help.

I'm glad you found your lost trail. My riding buddies and I are hosting a beginner ride at Aliso Woods Sunday morning 9:00 A.M. We have 10 riders so far. 6 are beginners. P.M. me if you or anyone you know wants to join. We are meeting across from the church in the dirt parking.
