Mesa Rd side of Cowels Mountain, still wet?

    Hey all,
I'm thinking about going for a ride tomorrow morning if it doesn't rain tonight on the Mesa Rd. side of Cowels mountain and I want to make sure it is dry enough to ride. I haven't been out there since the rain so I was wondering what you guys have seen as far as drainage and water absorption goes.

I general I think that the trail drains well and is pretty ridable. It's usually damp after a rain because of seepage from the hillside. What isn't dry is the fire road up to the Mesa Trail. That will probably be muddy. Today was probably the day to ride because it's 'sposed to rain tomorrow a.m. Who knows tho, this storm is getting lamer by the hour.
