Looking for long bike trails around the bay area
Hi Guys,
I plan stay in Palo Alto for two weeks at the end of March, and I'm looking for a 2-3 riding trip.
I'm not familiar with the bike trails in that area and I can sure use some help.
Looking specifically for 200 miles trail (give or take) for me & my CX bike.
Gravel \ Tarmac \ Trail - all good
Any info will help.
Thanks,
Amir

You want the Norcal forum.

There's always PCH! Riding in Big Sur is hard to beat.
But if you're looking to stay out of traffic, you could probably patch together 200 miles by connecting all the trails in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Somebody in Norcal should be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi Amir,
There are huge opportunities for distance in that area. I'd contact the good folks at Passion Trails Bikes. There are rides all up and down the peninsula, plus areas in the Santa Cruz mountains, Fort Ord down by Monterey., and a lot more.
