    Little Pine open?

My wife and I were planning to go to the Santa Barbara area for Thanksgiving weekend to ride and I'm not sure if the trails in the Santa Ynez region are open, particularly the Little Pine loop.

    Anyone know? Thanks in advance.

The top part of little pine got burned in the fire and is not open. There is a fence w/ a warning sign saying someting about fines and jail time across the fire road. To my knowladge all the other trails are open as of last Thursday.

that is too bad. i have done this ride once and enjoyed it alot. for XC ride, it was real fun, i thought slightly better than san juan trail (more flowy, more vertical i think)

So I take it the Santa Cruz singletrack trail from the top back down to Upper Oso is closed? What about riding up that trail? Is it closed at the bottom? If not how far up can you go?

Does anyone know a good source for all land closures in SoCal?

Thanks for the info. I was going to do this ride the Friday after Thanksgiving. Is there good riding at Montana de Oro up in SLO?
    If not biking, then what?

    It's not.

You can get about 1.5 miles up the singletrack from 19 Oaks before hitting the closure. However, Camuesa Peak, Camuesa Connector, the Santa Ynez River trails, and lots of front range stuff are all open.
