I was also wondering that... someone was talking about riding there, but I would assume it's closed. I don't know what group manages the trails, but maybe try looking for a home page.

Though, I couldn't find any info Daley being closed or not either

Yes, Lake Hodges is definitely closed and looks like it will be for some time. There are many large "Trail Closed" signs posted at every possible entrance point.

Daley Ranch is wide open with no restrictions. Elfin Forest is also open.

    No worries!

Elfin is a great ride! Great lung busting climb and some fun rocky trails once you get to the top. But, be sure to watch out for hikers on your way back down the "Way Up Trail". There is a high potential for user conflicts at Elfin Forest and us Mtn. Bikers usually lose.

Hodges still closed as of Sunday,11/11/07. The place has been completely torched. All trails are highly visible due to no brush left, so don't consider poaching either.
    If not biking, then what?
