i don't know, haven't been up there lately. but just wanted to say that sometimes people post flickr pictures of recent hikes or trips. sometimes it helps me gauge a trail post rain.
I'd rather be riding my bike...

Brown Mountain is fine all the way up to Ken Burton. I rode El Prieto last Saturday and it was in great shape. One section where you had to hike a bike over a down tree, but other than that it was perfect.

    small slides

There are a few small slides on Brown, nothing you can't ride around. The ground is nice and tacky. Ken Burton is in good shape but the hike a bike out kind of sucks. El Prieto is always fun. Quite a bit of water up there so plan on having a grungy bike when your done.
