    I lost my bell

This is a pretty crappy intro/first post.
Hi everybody! My name is Tony, and I lost my bell.
It's somewhere at Mission Trails, between the east end of Clairmont Mesa Blvd and one of the peaks of Fortuna Mountain. Off CM Blvd, we went in a big clockwise arc to the mountain. I don't know the trail names.
The bell is made from 1/2 of a .50 cal bullet shell with a .40 cal shell inside. There is a small band of blue reflective tape around it.
Obviously, I'm not asking for anyone to look for it, but if you happen to see it, please post here or send and e-mail to tonytubbs@yahoo.com .

    It looks like this.

    Thanks for reading.
    Tony

You might want to post this on http://www.socaltrailriders.org/ more San Diego riders will see it on socaltrailriders than on MTBR, MTBR has turned into a bastion of haters and Goaters

So - are you a Hater or a Goater? I haven't decided which one I am yet... The only thing that I hate are Goaters... :oP'''''''''''

    Well, two things:

    --Great Bell.

--No Way in Hell I'm picking up anything that looks like that, in Mission Trails.

Yeah, good bell! I had a friend who'd always leave a live rifle round on the hood of his car when we parked in the middle of nowhere and took a hike...just to keep the vandals wondering...ya might wanta try it at ATT.

I made another one out of a 20 mm shell with a .45 shell inside. It's really high-pitched and annoying as hell.

Not everyone has the common sense to NOT pick up stuff like that off an old artillery range. THAT'S the knucklehead I need to find it.

    I'll try the other site.
    Thanks!
