    hot hot hot

    Dang it's hot out there. Just went riding in Sullivan Canyon and just about keeled over from trying to climb it in this weather. Looks like summer is HERE!

    Noon. I had things to do this am so I couldn't start early. I guess it's good practice for Washington DC where I am headed tonight. I hear it's 88 and humid right now.

    I guess I should say enjoy what we have till you hit DC. My wife is currently in Mindanao Philippines and she said you just sweat sitting down doing nothing because of the high humidity.

    Stop climbing. That's what shuttling is for. We have a big group ride at San Juan this coming weekend.

    Or wait for the afternoon onshore breeze. It's 66 (1 PM) at Pt. Mugu, the coastal areas are cooling.

    And that is not by accident! Desert people are crazy!

    It is muggy in DC and my bike got damaged in shipping. Gah. Looks like a jogging week
