Hope brake line shortening - San Diego

Looking for a decent mechanic to shorten the brake lines on my Hope hydraulic lines.

I hate working on hydaulic disc brakes so thats not an option.

Without naming names, all my local mechanics are skeeered!

Can anyone recommend a good wrench they have used? Preferably north county but I'm willing to travel.

I second the Bicycle warehouse. But my experience is with the one in Vista. Diego or Tom should be able handle it. And they stand behind their work, good guys.

Another vote for Dan @ Adams. He builds my wheels and is a really nice guy to work with.
