hello everyone. just started riding trails

Hello Everyone. I have been riding for about a month now. So far i've hit the Fullerton Loop 4 times(its the only one i know of). Started out on an old Manitou FS. Just found an 05 Stump Jumper FSR for $500(no disk brakes). Rode Fullerton again yesterday and was able to hit every climb and didnt brake too much on any of the downhill spots. Think i'm ready to hit something a little more challenging..not alot more, just a little.

Planning on riding again next Sunday morning.. What other nice trails are out there for a beginning level rider? I like a mix of uphill and downhill.

I'm in cerritos, prefer driving to OC area.

Would love to join up a small MTB group ride one of these days if you dont mind a newb slowing everyone down. I only have 1 buddy that rides and hes more into road.

Check out and meet up with a group ride through there, all great people.

I only know of South Orange County Trails, but if you're ever down here, check out Whiting Ranch =D

Yeap, as long as you stay on the main fire road at the bottom.
