    Favorite SD FR spots

Hey guys, I am looking for some new urban FR spots or new DH trail sections. I live in Poway so I ride UCSD occasionally, but mostly I have been riding the Poway DH trails. Anyone have some hints they could give me to some of your favorite spots in the area. Thanks for the help.

    Looks like 56 to me.

That's my guess, and I'm sticking to it.

    So how is

the north San Pasqual trail these days? I haven't ridden it in a long time. As another note, how could you possibly consider it a fr/dh trail? That is one hella climb up and out of the valley...

On a side note, I saw the world's biggest rattlesnake on that trail, parked right in one of the switchbacks. I've seen some big snakes before, but that critter was enormous.

That is because you got the wrong trail. It is very technical is some spots, especially at the start.

    Flightline, Carlsbad

Another tricky spot but not as hard after the bridge was installed.

    what's up?

I rode there last week and someone had destroyed the bridge....always a little tricky, but the prospect of falling on bridge debris and nails adds an unwelcome degree of difficulty.

OR you could get off your bike and move the boards so no one gets one thru 'em...

    Flightline...

I've recon'd Flightline a few times and haven't found anything but the bridge pictured above, a couple creek ladders and the dirt jumps. Beside the dirt jumps everything else is pretty much XC. Is there anything similar to the Poway DH trails (DH Bike, Split Rock) near Flightline?
