    Crowded Trails in Los Angeles

The trails are just so crowded here! Look at all these guys on the trail last Friday....

Here they are crowding the entire hill.

These guys tried to block the trail right in front of me

A bunch of rocks tried to get in my way (crummy self timer shot sorry)

This aggressive guy actually jumped on me on the trail

    Fog crowding the mountains

The grass might be trying to take the right of way here I think

Ok, not crowded, but steeper than it looks.

Phew, break time, amongst all the poppies

Oh ya - I saw only 2 cyclists all day, although one guy I saw twice.
Sycamore canyon in Malibu rocks. Come on out with me next time if you can stand the crowds.
    Love, Impy

ya...after i met my new friend all i could think of was foshizzle once referring to the place as tick-a-more

The poison oak on guadalasco is getting thick too. If you blast down that at speed you will get smacked in the face. I climbed it and was able to swerve, but man it's growing.

    Killer pics, thanks!

I've been in eastern NC for the past three years, heading back to Encinitas for good in July. I am itchin' (ticks!) to get back to SoCal and enjoy the sun and the hills!

Awesome pictures Impy! I was just enjoying those very same trails on Sunday. Though they were a little more crowded than just the one tic. There were some bees, some lizards, oh and a few bikers and hikers too.

    Crowds Crowds Crowds

That was a great sense of humour. People complain and whine about crowds. Have they not gone skiing or surfing? Have they not stood in a twenty minute lift line or sat in a crowd of twenty grumpy surfers waiting for 2-3 waves so the same guy can take those too? Thanks for the pics. Should remind us how good we truly have it. Don't take it for granted.

The question is: "How long did you have to wait until everyone cleared the view of the camera".

I went to chesebro sat also, saw group of up to 15 coming downhill fast. but onlly three at the top.

usually the trail head parking is full but once you get up there, you only see one or two on the trial.

I'll be back again this weekend.
