Anyone know if Chino Hills St. Park is open?

Has anyone been down there since the rain and checked? I've got a ride scheduled on Tuesday, but I'm thinking it may not be open by then.

I just rode there yesterday 3-6-03. It was good conditions. I took telegraph to four corners and went down to Raptor Canyon. That was a mistake. If you give the weeds a little water they grow to be 5 ft. tall. I had weeds attacking me down to the horse section.
I started going in via telegraph and there are still some mud sections by the horse area. otherwise it is good conditions. South ridge has no problems.
