Any trails east of Malibu, outside of the fires? Los Robles effected?

First, my thoughts are with everyone in Malibu. Hope everyone gets out OK.

I was on my way to the backbone trails for a ride this morning.
Obviously that didn't happen today. Any other trails east of Malibu?

How's Los Robles in Thousand Oaks? I really like those trails but can I even get there and how's the air up there?

I'm visiting and staying in Santa Monica and looking to ride the next couple days.
I'd like to limit the driving to around 1 hr from Santa Monica.

Thanks, again I hope everyone is safe.

    malibu fires

It looks like the backbone east of kanan to correl is burning. Can anyone verify that?

Also, as far as good riding. Ashes fly far, maybe San Gabriels is your best bet.

We rode it this morning, no issues. We were going to ride Sycamore Canyon, but red flag closed the park. Sure hope everyone in Malibu is okay. Sounds like Kanan/Backbone may be down for the count, though...

My thoughts with everyone in Malibu, I have alot of friends there and unfortunately I can not be with them as I am spending some time in Maui. Not much coverage about the fires here but I sure hope everything is ok. Looking forward to getting back to California and riding again. Hope the air quality is better during the later part of the week for Ventura County.

I rode Los Robles yesterday (Saturday), all the way from Sycamore Canyon trailhead to Moorpark Rd. Los Robles was good the whole way.

    Love that place.
    If not biking, then what?

Los Robles was awesome this morning, it's in great shape right now too, I was quite surprized I saw about three or four other riders out there this morning too
