Yet another complaint, err, suggestion about the board.
Don't know why I'm doing this, a couple of the previous complaints I had weren't addressed. Maybe this one is easier.
But we used to be able to go to a certain page of a thread, and now that's gone. It would have Page 1,2,3,4, etc, and you could click on the page you wanted. Now you have to open the thread, then scroll all the way to the bottom to get to the end, or get there by clicking on the person who posted last. Is it somewhere else and I'm just missing it?
Previous complaints? Text runs into the smilies when I'm typing.
Answering a post, the cursor disappears.
Names are sometimes cut in half if they're long enough.
And now a page takes longer to load (on my phone) because of the new picture background on the sides. It shows up first as a black box, then the page loads.
Ok, I see now that when you open the thread you're able to pick a page. I thought with the old board you were able to pick a page before opening the thread.
Oh, well. It's probably moot anyway, since the MTBR guys are probably prepping for Sea Otter (buying ice, beer, blow-up dolls, etc).
I'm with you on the iPhone dilio. Thank god they got ride of the Keen ad though....that was painful. Still the side bars are messing with the phone experience...which is not a very awesome experience.
I'm not sure how this works.
I can open a thread to a page as we use to be able to.
Shows as "title of thread" 1 2 3 4 5 ...
Click on the number to go to the page you want.
Are referencing something else?
Go to the Display drop down menu.
Select Linear Mode.
I can see page numbers just fine on the forum page.
Its all Shits and Giggles until somebody Giggles and Shits
Yes! That did it. Thanks, Brewt!
