A Whole Foods find (or, CHUM is jealous)....

There was no beer thread on the first page of posts. So, I decided to post some beer porn. It is also a happy thing that I have a few bottles and CHUM currently doesn't.

(Santa Cruz Soquel Ave Whole Foods, btw)

    The porn:

Nice! I've been trying to find that. I'll have to keep an eye out on this side of the SC Mtns.

AJ's in Soquel has it too. Kinda underwhelmed by that one actually.

I found the bottled version to be a bit sweeter than the keg/tap a local restaurant was pouring a couple of weeks ago. Overall, a decent DIPA.

I have been drinking a lot of the Racer X. Great IPA. It really carries the Racer 5 flavors and aromas, but with a smoother mouthfeel, fuller body and strong alcohol kick.

Just killed a bottle of Stone Sublimely Self Rightious Ale, I've never been let down by stone, and this one was particularly good. Although it could just be the 22oz of 9% gold talking.
