I would go to the Northstar Dirt Festival w/ the public Outdoor Demo if they had a lot of bike companies I wanna try, however, looks like none of them are going to be at the demos.

Definitely not a popular opinion but we (my bike shop/vegas crew) LOVE Las Vegas and do not like Reno. E-Interbike is dead to us. Personally I have only skipped a couple Interbikes in the last 15 years or so. We just went for fun though. An excuse to go to Vegas, enjoy hotel life for a few nights, gamble and drink. Little to no actual business took place. There were a few years when we only spent a couple hours at the show. We just plied ourselves with alcohol and viewed it as a big bike themed party. Bought stuff super cheap and collected swag (ya'll should see my epic collection of WTB hats). The show officially lost it's soul when they moved it from the Sands to Mandalay. It just wasn't the same anymore. Last year was especially disappointing. Just a shell of it's former self. Sad really. At least we have the memories. So many good memories. I think the way I feel is an anomaly and for the average industry pro, the new venue might be better so have fun!

Gonna be playing for podium in the Northstar Freeride Enduro. 3 signups in my class, so I'm feeling pretty confident.

Going to Gnarstar this weekend. Too bad there are not more brands demoing bikes but I get it. . . . Interbike lost their luster many years ago.

Iíll be at Northstar on Saturday, and am signed up for that e-bike race. Mostly for that free Troy Lee helmet, but hopefully that have a fun course that isnít just a sprint up a fire road.

So no free bike demos for the public???
I would love to try a firebird 29.
