I'll be out there later today on my MTB, HT or my SS rigid.

You're right, I should have bought some knobbies to prepare, but I didn't and only have road slicks.

Just in case anybody was thinking of hitting Santa Cruz - Don't. We have gotten a lot of rain in the last 24+ hours. I expect that some trails may be OK after a couple days of drying out, but we are pretty soaked now. I'm sure we have hit the saturation point in a few spots now.

Yeah, listen to icantdrive - last night was the bulk of the big rainfall. There is like, one rain cloud left and of course it's sitting right over my house.

if i'm not mistaken, that's on Toyon (Lower Toyon) around a blind left. There are a bunch of these little bumps there, especially if you start from the far end.

If you want to ride FO some time, I'll go with you.

I'll keep you in mind for FO. I ride it quite a bit. It's actually just a water bar.

I don't think there is a Kennedy group, just a bunch of solo rides. I'm too slow for you. :P I'm also going to do a SS ride and it's going to be extra slow, lots and lots of pain. I might head out soon (wanted to avoid the LKHC crowd), but if my son wants to go, I'll head to St. Joe's with him.

    Yep, Go bears!

Rode St. Joe's, It was wet out there, and a bit slick in some parts but not too much overall. My CST Critter rear slipped a bit, had to taper down the power output. I should have put the big knobs on. The Nevegal in front was a champ.

Yes, and that's where we got split up. Then I missed the Jones Trail turn, went to the Pit of Despair... and cried.

The upside is you rode pretty much every trail in St Joes!

I can't even imagine a SS in LG dirt. House of pain.
