Find out for sure Toro is open before heading down, I know it was still closed as of not very long ago.

Tried to enter to ride Airplane and Pipeline last Sat and ranger said not happening!! Even tho several hikers went around the closed barrier. He said many rain ruts and downed trees. Rode across the highway in Fort Ord. That was good tho wet coming down Goat Tr.

Be aware that highway 68 may still be closed due to the sinkhole that showed up the other day---closed very near Toro----but you could go in Creekside for Fort Ord
