In the past 4 days, Mt. Umunum in San Jose has received 13.35 inches of rain according to the NOAA. And that does not include this morning's squall.

The lake is returning to the baseball field. I hope the seagulls come back to float in it.

Yeah I wish our trails could shed water as efficiently as the Shore! Then I would ride in the rain, we just get a sloppy mess and make a ruin out of our trails when riding wet.
why am I on here and not riding?

My 27 ft. tree down in this morning's windy rain.

16" wide it snapped diagonally from the base to 4 ft up and tipped into my neighbors yard, missing the house, forcing the fence over 10º. Tree guy in the neighborhood bid $500 to remove and chip.

Son Miguel and I had it down, bucked, ready to haul, with neighbor's yard raked in 60 minutes. We'll haul it tomorrow.

Too bad about the tree but no harm otherwise. And, no raking those leaves.
