If you do one or the other (or both) the Amgen TOC stage 7 will finish atop Mt. Diablo This will be the premiere stage of the race for Nor Cal since most of the tour will be in So Cal this year. You can challenge yourself with numerous routes on the dirt or take the Southgate or Northgate road routes. I hope that there will be a sea of people from top to bottom. I hope Nor Cal/Bay Area can beat the crowds that showed on Mt. Baldy or from USA Pro Challenge in Colorado. If your not into the roadie or racing scene, this is just a good excuse to put in a 5k-10k vert day on a beautiful mountain. Let's Party

I would guess they may want to finish in the lower parking lot so they have more space. That would keep some strava records in tact. It would be cool to see them do the wall, hope they figure out a way.

Even without the cars, is the upper lot even large enough to accomodate the racers and race personnel? Would be very cool, no doubt...
