    Skeggs - South Leaf

Last time I rode Skeggs the entire section of South Leaf was closed. Anybody know when it will be re-opened?

    Coal Creek

San Mateo County has CLOSED the unpaved section of Alpine Road to ALL use between the Meadow Trail and the Clouds Rest Trail due to a washout. Please follow the detour around the closure using Meadow Trail and Clouds Rest Trail.

Alpine Road is managed and maintained by San Mateo County Public Works.

    El Corte de Madera Creek

The Methuselah Trail, from the Giant Salamander Trail to the South Leaf Trail, is CLOSED to equestrians due to trail damage.

The South Leaf and North Leaf Trails are OPEN to bicyclists and equestrians.

The new staging area, originally scheduled to open in early 2013, will remain CLOSED while staff continue to work within the driveway and parking lot areas to monitor, evaluate, and address unforeseen drainage issues. The section of the Sierra Morena Trail between Gates CM03 and CM04 will remain CLOSED due to construction activities. Please visit the Preserve page for more information. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

That trail is closed in the winter, but was open (I rode it) the past two weekends.

^^ It's closed if it's a rainy winter. I rode it in February and it was in great shape.
