Short Notice: UC Wilder Adventure Ride (today!)

Time to search out a little terra incognita. I'm planning on starting on EMac and UCon, up towards Wilder, then taking the trails less traveled. We'll probably get lost; we'll probably find our way back. There may be hike-a-bike involved. There may be cursing. But with any luck we'll find some new dirt, catch a little air, and have some stories to tell. I'm pretty flexible on a start time (maybe early afternoon?). How say you?!

PM me for details or with questions. Thanks, Josh!

Quite the map, guess it uses open street, not just for the UCSC area BTW

Yep...I will say it is far from complete but it makes a great jumping off place for exploring.

And I thought Strava made it easy to find trails, this takes the cake.

Me too. Once it was on UCSC's freaking website, I stopped caring.

I'll say it, since I opened up the can 'o worms: Dude. Dude. DUUUDE. Seriously...

It's like having sex in public. Nobody else needs to see that. And eventually it could lead to castration, if you know what I mean, and I think you do. I can't believe it stayed up that long (the link) but could a mod please smite that hard, please.

Btw- Skyno/Loren and I had an awesome ride. We didn't need no stinkin' map.

VV Thanks! That map was actually a pretty big help to me the first time I saw it, but it's probably better shared through email/PM's.

OK, OK...I get it. These are my local trails so I feel the pain of overuse acutely. But, and it is a large but, that was UCSC's official bike path map.

Have a new trail? By all means, keep it secret but these trails are mapped everywhere.
