Shop near Taho/Sacramento that carries Xfusion or take-off forks?

    Hi everyone,

I'm on vacation in Lake Tahoe to mountain bike and my brand new fork is defective, I shipped it off to SRAM today leaving me bike-less. I'm looking to buy a temporary replacement to use while i'm up here and to use as a spare for when my main fork is in for maintenance. I'm thinking Xfusion Velvet (15 QR), or some kind of take-off ($400ish or less) but i have no idea where to buy one. I'm willing to drive several hours each direction to get something to help save my vacation and avoid having to rent a decent bike at $75/day. Thank you for any help!

Can't speak to their product lines, but watta bike in south lake near Lyra's market has hooked me up with repairs and great service. They have a rental fleet too if you end up needing that.

I think The Hub in Roseville carries X-fusion. No idea what they have in stock though.

I have a feeling your Rock Shox fork is going to end up on craigslist after you get a taste of what Xfusion forks are capable of.
