Road open to Azalea Hill parking lot? Pine Mtn Loop

Last time i set out to ride Pine Mtn, the road( Bolinas Fairfax Road? ) leading to the Azalea Hill parking lot was closed at the golf course. that was maybe 3 weeks ago. Can anyone tell me if the road is still closed at that spot? or maybe suggest another place to start a ride for Pine Mtn loop that has parking located nearby?
