    Hello

IŽm planning a trip to San Fracisco & Yosemite from May 18th to 23rd and my girlfriend and me want to discover some mtb tracks in these area; if someone can recomend me some website where download the tracks, you know..; we Žre from Spain and we will need a good rental shop too!

No biking trails in Yosemite, but it's so beautiful there, you'll be happy.

Best stuff near San Francisco is Santa Cruz to the south, and Tamarancho, China Camp and Annadel to the North. Mount Tam is great for views.

What kind of riding are you looking for--XC, AM, scenic? Trailforks and MtbProject are good sites to start with. Santa Cruz has a wide variety of trails in the redwoods, but you need a guide for most of them. I might be available if you're interested. The Soquel Demo Forest is also a great spot with some AM trails and a 3-mile long flow trail (and a fair amount of climbing at the beginning and end). It's closed now, but "should" be open by then.

Yosemite - no biking in the park however depending on where you're staying there's riding outside the park. Check out 007 near Bass Lake.

007 is quite fun, and can be shuttled or it's a fairly easy spin up to the top!
