Need riding partner/group at El Corte de Madera on Sunday and Monday

I am from Oregon and will be in San Mateo on Sunday and Monday and am looking for someone to show me the trails at El Corte de Madera / Skeeg's Point or whatever you want to call that area.

I am looking at doing 15 to 20 miles on Sunday any time between 3 and 8 pm.

I am wide open on Monday and would like to do a serious ride of 20 to 30 miles.

I am fast enough on the uphill and fast enough on the downhill. I should be able to ride with just about anyone. I race about 2 Sport class races per year.

I ride a Santa Cruz Superlight.

It would be great to hook up with someone at about the same level that knows the trails in the area. Just let me know.

Friendly FYI,Just monitor mph+ (try to)observe the 15mph posted +occasionally enforced speed limit of mrosd trails.
Can't think of a worse Cali visit momento than a speeding on trails infraction citation.
Yes, seriously, tickets are written here in the teeming megalopolis for excess speed on dirt..
    Enjoy the Redwoods!

I can't ride Skeggs on Sunday, or I'd be glad to show you around. I would encourage you to go even if you don't find a riding partner. The trails are all well marked and there's maps available at the major entrance points. You won't get lost and you will have fun.

http://www.passiontrailbikes.com/pages/ECdM.html has a good route. Unfortunately, the trail map is no longer hosted.
Faster is not always better, but it's always more fun

Thanks! I had a good ride there today and will head there at around 9:30 on Monday. I think I can find my way around. I am in a silver BMW if you see me there.

Yes, I saw your car directly to the right of mine. Nice car! I hope you had a good ride. I was thinking that I might be clearing out the caterpillar/spider webs for you as I rode my loop around the perimeter.

Oh man, no one showed up. Bad hospitality by us locals.

Give us more notice and we'll show you the goods. And we'll show you real beer.
