    I went for a ride....

....in Redding. Swayze with some diversions to Jan's Trail and then Kevin's trail. Back up to the flow Trail and down to the cars. My good pal went back up for more of the Flow. YeeHaw!

Good shit, I'll bet. Where were the beers afterwards?

    You started early, I hope.

Same, never heard of Jan's. Swasey is a really fun area, but of course hot in the summer.

I don't know Redding. Nor Chico.

I love your avatar though. Is there a bigger version of that?

Jan's Trail veers off to the left of the track off the face of Meiner's Camp. It looks like nothing more than a game trail and is obscured right now by tall grass. There is a fun manzanita chute and other goodies to ride if you go that way. (One of several) Kevin's trail veers off to the right on Jan's Trail and is just being ridden in. Neither are on any maps.

I borrowed the image from a fellow MTBr member back when Slash Nutty was in the news. There is also an accompanying short music video somewhere on MTBR by the same member.
