I says you live a charmed life!

Hey, Squash, I have a Socal krew comin' in for the weekend. We'll be at Demo tomorrow, then UC Wilder Sunday, and Nisene on Monday. Pace will be mellow, but there's 3 jumpers in the bunch. Should be fun if you're interested.

Btw- You do know that the Golden Flow isn't real mountain biking, right?! Have fun, brutha.

My wife is good woman...though I have her convinced that if I don't ride I get grumpy which is actually pretty true.

Afraid to say but Braille is getting beat which is sad because it's only May. One of my very favorite jumps got de-commissioned too. SAD FACE.

DV-my daughter has a soccer tourney in SF all weekend so I am north bound. Hitting flow trail tomorrow and probably some JMP Sunday or Monday. If you get a wild hair, the Flow Trail is amazing and your socal buddies would DIG IT!!! Might be a good change of pace if you feel like an adventure. I hope to be there from around 10-1:30 if everything goes well. My chain broke again twice this week so I just installed a brand new drive train...she is smooth as butter now.

    Anyhow, have fun everyone

You need your wife's permission to go riding? That's a bit of a strange concept to me. I just go for a ride until whenever after work.

My wife has unfortunately had to witness the madness firsthand. She knows. She is pretty good about making accommodations here and there, but work and the kidsí activities (on an almost daily basis) have sort of slowed down my quest for riding excellence.

We checked it out on Saturday. Somebody blocked/destroyed that one...with extreme prejudice. Sorry.

We got in 5 or 6 hours on the trails and/or pump/jump track each of the last 3 days. Good times.

What jump got removed? Maybe I never saw it after it was built, but I didn't notice anything different. I was going quite fast though. I remember it seemed to be a bit more eroded, and I was taking some interesting lines.
