HERP A DERP-A-DOO lost Garmin Marin Headlands

    Derp!

Got crossed up at the bottom of Coastal right before the gate at the rifle range and knocked the snot out of myself. Also may have dropped my Garmin 500. If not there then when I put my wind vest on by Tennessee Valley Road at stables.

    Reward.

    To reiterate: DERP.

    Thank you for looking.

    Also, PR's and KOM's.

Sux! I'll be up there Tuesday. Will keep an eye out for it.

Also, the old stoner avatar was way cooler!
    Cheers!

I made the classic leave it on the bumper and drive off mistake. That was in a dirt lot in AZ at a popular riding area. Went back a few hours later and no sign of it. Left a note in the AZ MTBR section but no hits. And at the ranger station.

Spoke with a support person at Garmin recently and asked if they have a way to track when a unit connects. They said they can add a note into the records indicating the unit was lost and if someone contacts them with a problem with that unit then they will mention that and see if the person would be interested in returning it. Very long shot but at least some chance.

Oh, I now sharpie my phone # on the back of the unit.

Argh. I hate small, easy to lose, expensive things...
