    Fort Ord or Toro Park?

I am driving north from SLO today and figured I'd get a ride in. I've ridden Toro Park a few times and Pipeline is an awesome trail. Just wondering if Fort Ord is worth checking out or should I stick to Pipeline? Thanks!

Full disclosure= I'm a big fan of pipeline

Ord can be fun, but its good to know your way around to find the fun stuff. Climbs are more mellow but so are the descents and of course nothing is as long as pipe.

If you don't know where you're going and don't have someone to show you around ft. ord, I'd stick to pipeline.

Ord can be a lot of fun and has so many different trails but if Pipeline is the sort of thing you like, stick with Toro. There's nothing like it at Ord.

Do them both. Ord is literally across the street from Toro.

Would someone mind linking a map of how to access pipeline? My cousin just moved next door to that place so I'll end up riding it at some point. I've searched, but can't seem to find. Maybe my google skills are just teh suck.

    Bump...
I'm coming back down to SLO after a work trip in Pleasanton and want to check out Toro. Is like to hit maybe one of the super d courses as I'm thinking about doing one of the upcoming events. Suggestions?

Toro...FUN. Ord...exercise. If just one day...Toro, no question. If you have 2 days...drive up north another 30 minutes and ride Santa Cruz. If you have three days, head up 17 and ride Demo (a must in my book). Ride Ord if you're looking to check a bucket list box though...I am a big fan of riding everything at least once.
