    Mooooeee Bwaynass Condissiones........

Or in other words : Should be schweeeet!
...Was out there a little bit yesterday and it'll be good by the weekend.
The race is on the East Garrison side right? - Good first race choice...minimal climbs, fun, relatively smooth singletrack and it's hard-packed but with good tack - rippin' traction!
Look out for the bumper-crop of Oak over there though - it's green & mean. - Stock up on the Zanfel or Tecnu!

how many people will be in the race?

Also, does the race course go onto any part of the Sea Otter course?

    Thanks.

I'm not in race shape, but it might be good to find out how much work I need.

I'm all out of shape too. And I'll be racing single speed against some guys who are in shape. I'm going to get slaughtered... so what.

    race info there.

It does not touch the Sea Otter Course, it's north of the Sea Otter course.

    Sounds good

Thanks for the heads-up. I'm a beginner at ss racing and plan to give it a go. Look forward to maybe meeting some of you folks.

Hmm, this is the first I've heard of it. But I may try to make it. I would be racing singlespeed, too. It'd be good to get some friendly competition before the upcoming race season. Maybe I'll see you there. I'll be the shaved-head guy with a rigid ti airborne ss.

Ha! For this to be true it would mean that I could compete. I'll be the guy with the green BaSS with the Surley Fork. Oh, and I'll be gasping for air the first moment the trail turns up hill even the slightest.

I think I'm going to try and make it out as a warm up to the S.O.
I'll run beginner class and try it on the full rigid Yeti Ultimate.

The Trailhead Cyclery swap meet is the day before....
