Donate used bike sacto or Auburn area

I have an older used Specialized Rockhopper that needs a little work to get ridable and thought I'd donate it to a bike program for kids instead of selling it. So anyone have any ideas of who I could contact to see if they are interested in it.

The Crucible in Oakland has a pretty cool bike program for kids, and they accept donations.

Luther Burbank High has a NorCal team and they work on donations with the local PD. Great group. But I do not have contact info. Call NorCal HQ.

Providing Hope One Bicycle At A Time | Cycles 4 Hope

Cycles 4 Hope provides bicycles to homeless and impoverished families in our area.
They also perform maintenance and repairs events at local soup kitchens and homeless shelters.
They rely on donations of cash, complete bikes or just parts. If a bike is good enough, it will be refurbished and sold for fundraising purposes. I urge you to consider donating your bike to C4H.
Their store is right across the street from Cavitt Jr High, so its easy to arrange a drop off and then go for a ride at GB.

I just donated a whole garage worth of stuff to fred-da-trog. I guess he works with inmates that have a mental illness and refurbish bikes and then donate the finished product back to the community/homeless kids.

He came to me and grabbed it all, it was super easy.
