Aptos to Soquel Demo Ride and post ride Pump Track Sunday 8/14

Just like the tittle says. Ride from Aptos into Demo and do a couple loops in demo. 9am start time. Pump track party post ride. Bring beer I'm not sure exactly the best meeting spot for an after ride pump sesh. Can someone link a good spot?

The pump track is literally right next to the parking lot for Nisene, right behind Epicenter Cycles.

I would love to do this (or at least attempt it) but I'm not sure I can do an all dayer Sunday.

Cool. So the meeting spot is here

We will ride from Aptos > Corral > Sulpher Springs > Braille > Ridge > Back to Aptos

If you don't come for our ride do a ride of your own and you can meet back for the pump tracking. I'll bring a bike for everyone to try out. It's pretty badarse!

Yuuuuuuppers. I've got a couple others coming up with me. Kinda quite on the board here though.

No worries, if it's just the four of us it should still be a great day

There is a shortage of enthusiasm

It is a big ride but many on this forum are able.

    2 laps is 45 miles, 6000 feet.

1 lap is around 38 miles 4500 feet.

That does not include the pump track beer laps.

    ... I wish I had time.

Baby duty in the morning, then I'm riding at either waterdog or skeggs...
Then bbq at the parents place to enjoy the kiddo getting attention.

Yess! It's a 14 mile climb. So out and back is 28 miles without touching Demo.

It's 2800 foot climb but not too hard. Singlespeeder's delight!

Bike is ready. I tuned it all day so now it creaks all around.

Yes. But depending if you do 1 or 2 laps it may not.
