Any riding in the Jack's Peak area of Monterey?

I'm moving right next to the base of Jack's Peak in mid-June...looks like a decent trail network, but I suspect it's all MTB non-grata. Any local intel?

    Thanks!

"Jacks Peak Park has much to offer the outdoor enthusiast. Almost 8.5 miles of horseback riding and hiking trails wind through cathedral-like forests and to breathtaking ridge top vistas."

It's not open to anyone from 7pm to 10am. Plenty of time to share the poach with the locals.

You're probably better off just riding/driving a few minutes to Toro Park or Ord.

Dammit, figgered that was the answer...was really hoping to ride straight from my door. Too bad having a mountain and a bike isn't enough to mountain bike.

Made it out to Toro yesterday and rode the Pipeline trail...perfect balance of toil:fun ratio!
