    Any casino/hotel recommendations in Reno

I was going to do some volunteer work in Reno, then head over to Northstar.

    Any bike friendly casino/hotel recommendations?

I am not big on the smoky casino hotel scene, but have stayed at the La Quinta near the airport before. Decent prices. Free wifi and brekkie.

The Silver Legacy sponsors a local racing team, but all their parking is in a garage and doesn't work to well if you have a roof rack. The La Quinta is probabaly a good bet too, just don't leave your bike in your car in that neighborhood.

I use Harrah's. Also not roof rack friendly, but I bring my bike in and check it at the bell desk. No problems so far (knock wood), I grease the skids with a buck or two when I drop it off and pick it up.

I see people leave their bikes on their vehicle overnight in the garage, personally I would never do that anywhere.

No free breakfast is as good as Peg's Glorified Ham and Eggs. Just sayin'...

I spend a lot of time in Reno and am actually heading out there this weekend. Nearly every hotel can accommodate you taking your bike into your room. I usually stay at Silver Legacy because thats where I get comped so no need for me to pay for rooms or food, but the parking lot is a pain if you carry your bike on your roof. They do have outdoor parking across the street (closer to Circus Circus). Sierra Grand is a nice place and so is the Peppermill. Another cool spot is Boomtown. The hotel is quite nice and its about 8-10 minutes from dowtown and keeps you closer to Northstar.
