    Annadel Saturday...need a guide

    Hi there

Hoping to ride Annadel Saturday coming from the South Bay. I've ridden there a few times but always following so not dialed in. Anyone wanna play host? Looking for decent uphill pace (not hammering but not dragging) and a healthy DH flavor but casual fun (courteous to other trail users of course). Lawndale is a must for me.

If anyone from down here wants to join, Annadel is pretty damn fun and I need to stock up on Pliney for my Dogmeat Challenge winners. Leaving early, early Sat AM...hope to be trailhead by 9.

    Thanks and lemme know!
I'm not sure how this works.

There is a group ride there on Saturday at 10 starting at the Howarth Park Gazebo (on Summerfield at the south end of the Howarth park parking lot). It's a mixed level ride--but we usually break into 2 or 3 groups, so you'll find a group that's a good fit.

The intermediate group usually does 18-23 miles.

Thanks for posting... I've been meaning to check out Anadel since I moved to the NE Bay and was actually planning on going this weekend anyways. Going with people who know the trails a bit will be nice.

@vault what was your start up route? We staged/started on Stonehenge and thought maybe our paths would cross at some point on our way back out but we ended up taking newbie down 2Q and took Channel Trail back around by Spring Lake.

There's a neighborhood entrance above the Bennett Valley golf course. It drops in at the switchback on canyon. I'm close to Summerfield and Bethards.
