Anybody know if Almaden Quicksilver is dry?
I'm looking for a quick ride today (bbq in the afternoon), I normally start at Mockingbird Hill, take Norton, Hacienda, Capehorn, Randol, Buena Vista back to the entrance. Just a basic loop, but it gets the heart pumping.

Quicksilver is closed as well as STP.

Virl O Norton will be a mess for a while. Those steep sections get really slick and take a while to dry out. They're bad enough when they're dry but when they're wet you simply can't get ANY traction Also, the last time I rode Quicksilver there was one section of Mine Hill, not too far from the mine shaft, that was an absolute disaster; a 200ft ankle deep mud bog. That's going to take a while to dry out. Plus Randol was closed to all users, hikers, bikers, and even the dreaded equestrians. Not sure what was up with that.
