29er Brown Kona Single Speed--STOLEN!!! Redwood City,

If you see this bike rolling around the trials in the near future. Please stop him or her and ask them to give back my bike. I got stolen last night on the back of my Chevy Tahoe from the Yakima bike rack. The bike was locked and parked in my driveway in Redwood City. The bike is pretty distinctive and unique single speed machine.

    29 Inch Brown Kona Frame
    Tubeless Specialzed tires
    Blue Chris King Headset
    Blue seat collar
Black Rock Shox Recon Gold Fork
    XC 70 handlebars
    XC 70 stem
    Blue Crankbros grips
Black and white Garmin Edge 500 computer
    Lay back Thomson seatpost
    White Seat
    Blue Crankbros Eggbeaters

The bike was muddy from another great time at waterdog. The hardest part about it is i just started riding again after back surgery and I am preparing for Boggs solo 8 hr next month.

If you see it or hear about it, please PM me. I would like to have it back.

    Thank you, Wade

I am trying to find some but I don't think I have any for this bike. If someone is riding it and smiling and it is a brown Kona 29er, it is mine.

I had 2 bikes stolen, 1982 and 1994. Quit using bike lock and never had a problem since. False sense of security. I feel for you. Now forget about it, and go buy a bike. Done deal. Let it go. Don't be like me and be pissed off about a stolen Mongoose w/ motomags 30 yrs later. Buy a bike and ride it! Good luck to you. If I see a 10 yr old riding a 1980 Mongoose w/ motomags, fluted alloy bars, Tuff neck, and Ashtabula cranks should I clock him? Let it go. Sorry for you. BUY A BIKE.
