Modest numbers compared to others, but for me a significant improvement over the previous year:

    2011: 617 miles, 78,331 footies
    2012: 1,003 miles, 132,507 footies

HahA well i ride road, mtn, and cx so i have more opportunities for KOMs than if I just rode one style. Plus, as others have said, if you started riding a bike with a normalized weight you'd probably have a few more too.

    Distance: 8947.1 Miles

    Elevation: 608,873 ft
Rides (and a few runs): 349
    Personal Records: 549

HA...KOMs are meaningless. It's the real race results that matter and that's where I bow down to you!

A few web sites can extract Strava ride information and present it in different ways, including showing year-by-year stats.

    Strava Annual Summary
    - this provides yearly stats
    Strava Multiple Ride Mapper
    - map all of your rides on a single map, like ElHombre did
    VeloViewer - Your Strava Dashboard!
    - a different way of looking at rides/segments/stats

Strava has the weekly/monthly statistics switch, but now that we have been using it for two years, they should add a yearly option to that.
I had to manually add all the monthly totals to get my statistics:
    Year 2011 2012
    Miles 3687 3947
    Hours 335 368
    Feet 375667 348009

I'm gonna miss the 600k mark

    Too embarrassed to post numbers.

Heck, too embarrassed to look them up.

I started using Strava about halfway through the year. My Garmin account got messed up when I bought a used Garmin Edge off fleabay, thought I erased everything, and ended up importing a bunch of stuff from the previous owner. Grrrr... too much of a PITA to sort it out.

So, my numbers are all screwy anyway.

    *edit*

Okay, I ran the numbers. It looks like all of the previous owner's miles were before 2012, so I'm good.

    575 miles
    81k feet of climbing.
115 hours, 50 minutes moving time.

Not bad considering I only get one ride a week, didn't have time to do any full day rides, and took six weeks off the bike during the house move.

Pimpbot, you're not the only one who's pressed for time. This year, I managed to ride 121 hours for about 1100 miles. A good chunk of those miles came from 6 am quick road rides before work too. I'm shooting for slightly more this year.

Not too bad since I got the Garmin in the begining of Feb, but it includes trainer miles.

I used VeloViewer tool mentioned above to get my stats as well.

    Year 2011 2012
    Total rides: 168 176
Total distance: 3698 mi 3918 mi
Total elevation: 375,225 ft 343,265 ft
    Total time: 334:41 361:56
Longest ride: 64.0 mi 101.2 mi
Max elevation: 6045 ft 8422 ft

It's a nice tool once you upload all your rides, which takes some patience.
