    XTR trail brakes, lever issue

So today I discovered one of my levers has quite a lot of play.
After a bit of a struggle to find out how to take the lever of (well done shimano ;-), I saw that one of the springs is broken, hence the play: the lever isn't "pushed back" anymore.
This is quite annoying since these are brand new XTR m988 levers, I expected them to last a bit longer :-(

So I'm looking up parts at Shimano but they don't list the part at all!

Each lever has two tiny springs that push it back, these are not pictured:

So I wonder: does anyone know if these springs come with one of the parts listed on the shimano doc. E.g. I can imagine it comes with the lever axle... But I need to be sure before I order anything ;-)

I found another post here about a similar issue but it doesn't mention the springs that I'm after:

Shimano only sells complete levers so you're out of luck.
Check out my SportTracks plugins for some training aid software.

I'm sure they will replace the entire lever assembly under warranty.

Apparently the springs are part of the lever assembly. I ordered a replacement one.
I'm sure it'll be covered under warranty but I bought online and I don't want to send it back becuase I don't have a spare one ;-)
