XTR 03 with 203 mm rotor ?
Hi
Is this possible to use 203mm rotor with new XTR 03 calipers ??
The old XT (756) uses some kind of adapter to allow larger rotor. Maybe the same adapter would fit XTR ?
thanks in advance

Maybe a Saint adaptor? You might be able to use the larger centerlock rotor from that group also.

Any 203 mm IS-IS adapter (assuming that fits your forks) will work. Shimano, GRC & Grimeca all make the adapter. You don't say if you are using 6 bolt hubs or centre locks and this will obviously affect your rotor choices.

first of all thanks
I'm using new XTR hubs so Im limited in choice of rotor to XTR 160mm or XT 160mm or larger 203 mm with center lock.
It's good there are adapters - I will try to find one that fits.
I hope after that the brakes will be more heat resistant and deliver more power - will see
Have anyone used Jagwire pads for XTR - are they better than shimano metalic in power and fade resistance ?
thanks
