XT M785 Post Mount Adapter Help

Hello, looking to order some xt brakes for my bike which currently has 180mm post mount front brakes with adapter and 160 rear post mount (direct mount). I'm ordering the xt 6 bolt rotors in 203fr and 180rr so I assume the adapter I have on the front work in the back but I need an adapter for the fork. I know the shimano adapter would be best but would any other brand work? Like Hays, Avid, etc...?

I am not sure about the rear with post mount. I just changed my rotors to the 203 f / 180 r icetech rotors a few months back, but my rear is not post mount. I bought my adapters through universal cycles. Not sure if other brands would work, although I suspect that they would, but I would probably just get shimano adapters if you have to order them.
