Anybody runing the new Shimano XT brakes with the new XX Gripshift from sram? I was wondering if you have any issues with XT brake lever not being long enough. I have the old gripshift and the old 4 piston xts and dont have a problem but would like to put the gripshift on my 29er with XT's. I love the gripshift and want a new pair but if I cant reach the levers comfortably I guess I'll stick with the triggers. Thanks

I'm running it with XX1 Gripshift. The levers are short, but optimized for one finger braking. As long as you're doing that, they work perfectly. In fact, I never liked Gripshift prior to the Shimano brakes because I had to constantly move my hands in order to brake. With short grips and the single finger levers, I can keep my hands in one spot and shift and brake as needed...
