XT brakes for my Rip 9

I have settled on XT brakes for my Rip 9 I am building. I live in the desert so prime riding season is just starting up again .

Couple of questions. I am thinking 160 rear and 180 front rotors. Does that sound right?

Second what specific mounts do I need? I am kinda lost here. Frame is a 2010 Rip 9 and fork is a 2011 Reba 140 RLT Ti.

    Thanks in advance.

Im running that combo now, works fine
shouldnt need any adaptor if you get the right calipers
you want a Front 180 post mount and a rear 160 standard
shimano makes several different calipers, so make sure thats what you order
